Delete Your PersonaX AI Account & Data

PersonaX AI, developed by QUAI Technologies (quaitech.net).

This page explains how to permanently delete your PersonaX AI account and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email. Both routes remove the same data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the PersonaX AI app and sign in.
Tap your profile avatar (top-right) to open Profile.
Scroll down and tap "Delete my account".
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account:

Send a message to apps@quaitech.net.
Use the subject line "Delete my PersonaX AI account".
Include the email address you registered with so we can verify ownership.

We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your login / account (email and authentication record).
Your profile / persona — personal details, family, education, career, health, food habits, and any freeform information you added.
All uploaded documents (reports, prescriptions, certificates, images).
Your uploaded and generated resume files.

PersonaX AI does not store your chat transcripts on our servers, so there is no conversation history to retain or delete.

What is kept, and for how long

Data type	Retention after deletion
Account, profile/persona, uploads, resumes	Deleted immediately from active systems; removed from encrypted backups within 90 days.
Subscription / purchase records	Purchases are processed by Google Play (and our billing provider, RevenueCat), not stored by the app. Any transaction records held by those providers are governed by their policies and retained only as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Inactive accounts are removed automatically

Even if you do nothing, an account that never subscribed (or whose subscription lapsed) and has been inactive for more than 30 days is deleted automatically, along with all of its data.

Delete only some data (without closing your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data:

Delete individual documents in My Uploads.
Delete your resume in My Resume.
Edit or clear any field in your profile sections at any time.
