To answer your questions, relevant parts of your profile and your message are sent to our third-party AI provider to generate a response for you. We work to limit this to what is necessary and require providers to handle data under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments. We do not store your chat conversations as a transcript; instead, durable facts may be saved to your profile, which you control.
Where required by law, we process your personal data based on your consent and to provide the Service you request. For sensitive personal data (such as health information), we rely on your explicit consent, which you provide when you choose to share it and accept these terms. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the relevant data or your account.
